Our Workers
Owner: Ron
Ron is the proud owner of this business, who has over 50 years of experience. He was born and raised in the state of Wyoming. He spends his time running and taking care of the shop.
Head Installer: Jess
Jess is the head installer of this business, he has 30+ years of experience. He is Ron's son and was also born and raised in Wyoming. He spends his time installing flooring in a timely manner and with great detail
Office Manager: Ivy
Ivy has become quite valuable to us within her 3 years of experience of installation. she was born and raised in Wyoming. she spends her time both learning to maintain the shop and helping with installations.
Newest Apprentice: Sage
Independent Installers
Professional Installers:
Sage just recently joined our team of installers. He is still currently learning what it is to be an installer. He was born and raised in Colorado Springs. He likes playing games and being with family.
We have a list of independent installers who we trust that we can call on when needed.

More About Us
Lander has been our home since 1997; we grew up in the outdoors, when not with family or friends that's where we mostly spend our time away from work. We love our home state with a passion, we hope you can share our love for this beautiful state. Our biggest priority as a business is to make sure our customers are more than satisfied with the finished product. We also teach new apprentices who are willing to learn our trade.
